National Poetry Month: Big Poetry Giveaway 2014

2014 Poetry Giveaway

I’m participating in The Big Poetry Giveaway for 2014.

Poet Kelli Russell Agodon started a wonderful tradition for National Poetry Month: The Big Poetry Giveaway. Because really, who doesn’t love getting something for free? And to me, National Poetry Month is all about putting poetry into people’s hands.

So,  I’m giving away two copies of my book, Every Dress a Decision, and two of my current favorite collection, Kim-An Lieberman’s In Orbit.

Here’s how to participate in the Big Poetry Giveaway

If you’d like to be entered to win In Orbit or Every Dress a Decision, please use the comments section of this post to leave:

1. Your name and email address

2. Which title you’d like to win

Do this by midnight (Hawaii time), April 30, 2014.  I’ll randomly choose FOUR lucky winners the week of May 1, 2014 and will mail a book to each winner. Remember, if you don’t leave me your email address, I won’t be able to let you know you won.

And if you have a blog, and want to participate in The Big Poetry Giveaway 2014 and send (at least) two books of poems out into the world, learn more about that here.

Author: Elizabeth Austen

Poet, teacher and KUOW literary producer. Author of Every Dress a Decision (Blue Begonia Press, 2011). Former Washington State Poet Laureate, 2014-2016.
